street noise broken window lock
the location was acceptable, near the main attractions of the city.
I was disappointed with the room. the noise from the street was a problem. The windows did not block the sound adequately (i barely slept the first night). i asked to change rooms the next day. even in the new room, the window lock was broken, so it didn't seal properly, and i could still hear the noise.

Good Location and Friendly Staff

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast had many options with eggs and pastries. The staff were always very helpful. It was a good stay. I loved the friendly staff and the location.
No complaints. Road noise was a factor. But it was still fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was ideal near the colosseum and the imperial forum. the room was clean and warm. I had a great experience. breakfast was included and had a good selection of items.
the bathroom had only one robe hook with no towel bars.
